AGM and SGAA Day

SGAA AGM Fellowship day program
Dear Fellow Germainites,

Greetings from the Managing Committee - SGAA of St. Germain High School Bengaluru.

On the occasion of the SGAA AGM and FELLOWSHIP DAY, on 28 September 2025 at the school premises, we request your kind attention to the following important points.

The brief program is below:

  • 07:45 hrs Holy Mass at the Golden Jubilee Hall (Chappel under renovation)
  • 08:30 hrs Hoisting School Flag & School Song in the Quadrangle
  • 08:45 – 9:30 hrs Breakfast (Sponsored by Batch of 1968)
  • 10:00 hrs SGAA AGM in the Golden Jubilee Hall
  • 11:00 hrs Group Photo on the field followed by Fellowship and Lunch.

Contribution per head, minimum INR. 500/- (includes Lunch)

Beverages and Snacks will be on sale at the venue.

It is the endeavour of the Chairman and Managing Committee of the SGAA to enjoy a complete day of fellowship and spending quality time with cherished classmates and teachers. It is hence requested that we refrain from disturbing the proceedings of the AGM by constant chatter on mobile phones or frivolous arguments, or interruptions. Only matters for which written notice has been given to info@stgermainalumni.com on or before 15th September 2025 will be taken up during the meeting. This will help maintain the dignity and smooth flow of the AGM.

All are requested to cooperate with the security and other personnel deputed for this responsibility. Kindly ensure that we have the cooperation of all members attending the SGAA Day in this regard.

The School and the SGAA managing committee is not responsible for your personal belongings or any untoward incidents.

The Final Decision on issues will be with the Chairman and the SGAA managing committee.

Parking will be available at School Ground, subject to no rainfall on the previous day. (Entrance/Exit only from Coles Park side)

The entire school campus is under CCTV Surveillance.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus.
  • Food and beverages are not allowed in the School Ground
  • Entry into classrooms and corridors on the 1st and 2nd floors is strictly prohibited.

Kindly do keep the school premises clean, and use the dustbins kept at various places.

The SGAA Day will close at the latest by 5pm and the school needs to be vacated without any delay.
